Returns & Reprints Policy
Pryntwerks™™ is a DBA of Sign Design Studio
All Pryntwerks products are custom-made to your specifications. Because each item is produced uniquely for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for preference-based reasons such as:
- Color choices
- Layout or design
- selection
- Size or quantity selection
- Changes of mind after ordering
- Errors in customer-submitted artwork
Please review all files carefully before submitting or approving a proof.
When We Will Reprint or Credit
To be eligible for a reprint or credit:
1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Provide clear photos showing the issue.
3. Include your order number and a brief description of the problem.
Once reviewed and approved, we will either:
- Reprint the item at no cost, or
- Issue a credit at our discretion.
What Is Not Covered
We cannot offer reprints or refunds for:
● Spelling, grammar, or layout errors in customer-submitted files
● Color differences due to screen vs. print variation
● Low-resolution or poor-quality artwork provided by the customer
● Design changes requested after production has begun
Our goal is simple:
If we made a mistake, we fix it.
