This Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy applies to PryntWerks™, a DBA of Sign Design Studio LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
PryntWerks™ respects intellectual property rights and requires all customers to submit only content they are legally authorized to reproduce.
Because we provide custom printing and file uploads, customers are fully responsible for the legality of all submitted materials.
1. Customer Responsibility
By uploading artwork, logos, images, text, or designs to PryntWerks™, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the legal owner of the content, or
- You have obtained written permission or valid licensing to reproduce the content.
- The submitted material does not infringe any copyright, trademark, trade dress, right of publicity, or other intellectual property rights.
You accept full legal responsibility for all uploaded files.
PryntWerks™ does not claim ownership of customer-submitted content. Uploaded materials are used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
2. Prohibited Content
PryntWerks™ does not print or reproduce unauthorized:
● Professional sports logos (NFL, NBA, MLB, NCAA, etc.)
● Corporate trademarks or brand logos
● Celebrity images or likenesses
● Movie, television, or music-related copyrighted material.
● Government seals or restricted insignia
● Counterfeit or replica branding
● Defamatory, hateful, or unlawful material
Orders containing such material will be cancelled.
3.Content Review & Order Cancellation
PryntWerks™ reserves the right to review submitted artwork prior to production.
We may pause, reject, or cancel any order suspected of intellectual property infringement.
If an order is cancelled due to intellectual property concerns, a refund will be issued. If custom design services have already been performed, design time may be deducted from the refund.
4. Rights Confirmation Requirement
Before submitting artwork, customers must confirm that they own or have proper authorization
to reproduce the submitted material.
Providing false confirmation may result in order cancellation and account suspension
5. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice Procedure
If you believe your copyrighted work has been reproduced through PryntWerks™ without authorization, please submit a written notice including:
● Identification of the copyrighted work
● Description of the allegedly infringing material
● Your contact information
● A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized
● A statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that you are the rights holder (or authorized to act on their behalf).

We will promptly investigate and take appropriate action, including order cancellation or account
suspension where appropriate.
6. Repeat Violations
Accounts that repeatedly attempt to submit unauthorized material may be permanently suspended.
7. Upload Confirmation Requirement
A rights confirmation acknowledgment is required during file upload and checkout. By proceeding with an order, you confirm that you own or have written authorization to reproduce all submitted content.
Failure to comply with this requirement may result in cancellation of your order and restriction of your account.
