your order moves smoothly from approval to production without delays
Standard Production Timeline
- Orders are completed and ready to ship within 3 business days of an approved design.
- Production begins once:
- Payment is received, and
- Any required proof is approved.
Orders that do not require a proof enter production as submitted.
This 3-business-day timeline reflects production only and does not include shipping transit time.
Multiple Products, Multiple Timelines
If your order contains more than one product:
- Each item follows its own production schedule
- Items may complete at different times
- Products may ship separately
This allows each item to be produced by the specialists best suited for that product and shipped as soon as it’s ready-without holding everything back.
Expedited Shipping vs. Production
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Please note:
- Expedited shipping affects transit time only
- It does not reduce production time
- Production still follows the standard timeline unless otherwise stated on the product page
