and produced by trusted U.S. specialists who focus on the exact product you’ve
chosen—whether that’s business cards, banners, apparel, or promotional items.

When you place an order with Pryntwerks, you are always ordering from us. We coordinate
everything behind the scenes so your experience remains simple, consistent, and accountable.

What Happens After You Order

1.​ Order Review​

Your order is received and reviewed by our system and team to ensure it’s ready for
production.

2.​ File Verification & Proofing​

If your product includes a proof, production will not begin until it’s approved. Orders
without proofs are produced as submitted.

3.​ Specialized Production​

Each product is made by a production partner that specializes in that specific item. This
ensures the best quality and fastest turnaround for every product type.

4.​ Shipping & Tracking​

As soon as an item is complete, it ships. You’ll receive tracking information for each
shipment.

Why Orders May Ship Separately

Different products require different equipment and expertise. Because of this:

●​ Items within the same order may be produced in different facilities

●​ Your order may ship in multiple packages

●​ You may receive more than one tracking number

●​ Items may arrive on different days

This is normal and intentional. It allows each item to be produced by the best team for the job
and shipped as soon as it’s ready—rather than delaying everything until the last item is
complete.
