Do you charge a design fee?
There is no design fee when you provide ready-to-print content and a logo. We’ll take what you give us and lay out your card at no charge.
A design fee only applies when we are creating graphics, logos, or custom artwork from scratch. Custom design work starts at $85 per hour, and the total cost depends on the scope and complexity of what’s needed. Please message us for an estimate before any billable design work begins—we’re happy to review your project and outline the cost up front.
Can you design my card if I don’t have a logo yet?
Yes, absolutely—we can design your business card even if you don’t have a logo.
If you’d like a logo created as part of the process, our in-house design team offers custom logo design starting at $325, which includes your first draft and two revisions. If additional changes are needed beyond that, extra revisions are available for $85 each.
This way, you can start from scratch and end up with a polished logo and a professional business card that truly represents your brand.
Can you match my existing branding?
Yes! We can match your existing branding perfectly. Just share your current colors, fonts, or any previous designs, and our team will create a business card that aligns seamlessly with your brand identity.
How long does it take once I approve the proof?
Once you approve your proof, production begins immediately and your order will ship within 3 business days. We include free standard ground shipping within the lower 48 states. For international orders, please contact us for a custom shipping quote before placing your order.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, our minimum order quantity is 60 post cards. This ensures the best print quality and cost efficiency for your project.
Can you ship outside the local area?
Yes, we can ship outside the United States. We offer free standard ground shipping within the lower 48 states. For international orders, shipping rates vary by destination, so please contact us for a custom quote before placing your order.
If I choose local pickup instead of shipping, does that reduce the price of my order?
Because we offer free standard shipping within the lower 48 states, there isn’t a shipping charge built into your order to remove. Local pickup is simply an added convenience for customers who prefer it, but it doesn’t change the price of the order.
