Our goal is to make your experience simple, predictable, and reliable. Every order is handled by our team and produced by trusted U.S. partners who specialize in each product type.
Production & Ready-to-Ship Timing
- Orders are completed and ready to ship within 3 business days of an approved design.
- Production begins once:
- Payment is received, and
- Any required proof is approved.
Orders that do not require a proof enter production as submitted.
If your order includes multiple products, each item follows its own production schedule.
Free Shipping
- Free standard shipping is included on all orders of $50 or more.
- Free shipping is standard ground service.
- Shipping method and carrier are selected based on the product and destination.
Expedited Shipping
- Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
- Expedited shipping affects transit time only.
- Expedited shipping does not expedite production.
Production still follows the standard timeline. Choosing expedited shipping means your order will move faster after it leaves production.
Multiple Shipments
Because different products may be produced in different facilities:
● Items in a single order may ship separately
● You may receive multiple packages
● Each shipment will have its own tracking number
● Packages may arrive on different days
This allows each item to ship as soon as it’s ready, rather than delaying your entire order.
You will receive tracking information for every shipment.
Delivery Estimates & Carrier Delays
Delivery dates are estimates based on:
● Production time
● Shipping method selected
● Carrier transit timelines
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
● Shipping carriers
● Weather conditions
● Incorrect or incomplete addresses
● Events beyond our control
