Proofing & File Responsibility
Pryntwerks™ is a DBA of Sign Design Studio
To ensure the best possible results, customers are responsible for the accuracy and readiness of all files submitted for production. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Spelling and grammar
- Layout and positioning
- Dimensions, bleed, and safe areas
- Image resolution and clarity
- Color choices
Please review all artwork carefully before submitting files or approving a proof. Once production begins, changes are no longer possible.
Proofing
Some products include a digital proof prior to production. When a proof is provided:
- Production will not begin until the proof is approved.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to review the proof in full.
- Approval confirms that all text, layout, sizing, and placement are correct
Orders that do not include a proof are produced exactly as submitted.
Once a proof is approved or an order enters production:
- Files cannot be changed
- Orders cannot be canceled
- Revisions cannot be guaranteed
We strongly recommend reviewing every detail before approval.
File Quality & Print Readiness
Uploaded artwork should meet professional print standards. This includes:
● Correct sizing for the selected product
● Proper bleed and margins
● High-resolution images suitable for print
● Fonts outlined or embedded
Low-resolution or improperly formatted files may result in blurry, pixelated, or unexpected
output. Pryntwerks is not responsible for print quality issues caused by customer-supplied
artwork.

Color Variations
Colors may appear differently from one device to another due to variations in:
● Monitor and screen calibration
● Brightness and display settings
● Browser and device differences
Printed colors may also vary from what you see on your screen. These differences are normal in
the printing process and are outside of Pryntwerks’ control.
Pryntwerks is not responsible for color differences between digital previews and final printed
products. If exact color matching is critical, please contact us before placing your order to
discuss available options.
Fabric & Apparel Variations
Apparel and fabric-based products may vary slightly from order to order due to differences in:
● Fabric weave and texture
● Garment manufacturer and dye lots
● Material color between production runs
● Print method and ink absorption
These variations are normal in garment production and are outside of Pryntwerks’ control. While
we work with trusted production partners and high-quality materials, slight differences in fabric
tone, feel, or print appearance may occur between items or across separate orders.
These natural variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for reprints or refunds.
If consistency across large teams or repeat orders is critical, please contact us before placing
your order so we can help guide you to the best available options.
By submitting files or approving a proof, you acknowledge that your artwork is correct, complete,
and ready for production.
